BRODRY, LLC currently ships to addresses within the United States.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.
During periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the information provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates
BRODRY currently offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Estimated Delivery
Standard shipping is estimated to take 3–5 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect or incomplete addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information when available. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@brodry.co. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at support@brodry.co with your order number and relevant details so we can investigate the issue and work to make it right.
BRODRY is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
